SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We offer shipping within the European Union and we ship with DHL. Your order will be delivered to the address you have used when placing the order. We reserve the right to deliver to the nearest terminal if DHL for some reason can’t delivery to the address specified upon ordering.

Free shipping for all orders over €150. Freight for orders below that amount will be charged €9. All shipments are shipped fully insured. If all your ordered products are in stock, we will dispatch your order within 1-2 business days. If all products are not in stock, we will normally whip within 10 business days. Delivery time within in EU normally 3-5 business days. Note that deliveries to rural areas may take longer. You will be notified via text message or email with a tracking link when your delivery has left our warehouse.

If the products get damaged or lost in transit from our warehouse in Sweden, Pappelina AB is responsible.If shipments with obvious damages are delivered, you are obliged to make a complaint to the transportation company immediately. All packing materials must be saved when damaged has been discovered. If possible, please take a photo of the damaged parcel. If you, when unpacking your delivery, discover that the product is damaged, please contact our customer service info@pappelina.com within 5 business days with a photo of the damage.


RETURN POLICY/CANCELLATION
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, Pappelina offers a 30 days return policy, from the day when you received your delivery.

You can cancel your order if it has not yet been packed and dispatched. Please contact info@pappelina.com if you wish to cancel. If it has been packed and dispatched, you cannot cancel your order. A cancellation is not valid until you have received an email with conformation of the cancellation.

Return policy/cancellation does not apply customized or custom-ordered products produced according to your instructions. If you use your right to return a product, the direct cost of returning the goods will be paid by you. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service if a product is returned as you bear full transportation liability. It is not obligatory, but we recommend using the original packaging or similar avoid damage when returning a product to us.

How to make a return:
1. Contact our customer service, info@pappelina.com with information about your return
2. Pack your goods well, preferably with original packing material.
3. Include your delivery note in the parcel so we know who the parcel is from
4. Choose your preferred freight forwarder and return to Pappelina AB, Norsbro Sågmyravägen 5, 793 30 Leksand, Sweden
5. When we have received and processed your return, you will receive a confirmation email. We will refund the payment with the same method you used when purchasing the product. A refund normally takes 5-7 business days.

We reserve the right to make a damage deduction if the product’s condition has changed to such an extent that it cannot be sold to another customer without a discount. The deduction is made on the total return amount before it is refunded to you. We examine all returned items to determine if a deduction is necessary.

If you want to exchange a product you need to follow our return policy and place a new order on our website.


CLAIMS
We abide the Swedish consumer law which means that you have the right to make a claim for 3 years after you have received a faulty item. This is provided you have followed any relevant instructions for care and have handled the products with normal caution and care.

How to make a claim for a product bought at www.pappelina.com:
1. Contact customer service, info@pappelina.com, who will guide you through the process.
2. Please include picture proof which clearly shows the fault/defect plus your order confirmation.
3. You will receive a claim form to fill in and resend it to us.
4. We will get back to you as soon as possible in the matter
5. If the claim is approved, we will provide you with a return label and we will refund your money once we have received the product.

Please note that a purchased item must be paid even if you made a claim. We will refund the payment with the same method you used when purchasing the product. A refund normally takes 5-7 business days.


UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
If a shipment is not able to be delivered and our freight forwarder can’t get a hold of you to arrange a home delivery or a pick up at a terminal, your order will be returned to us and we will charge you €50 for an uncollected delivery and handling cost. The freight company usually does 2-3 attempts to deliver. If you regret your purchase after the order has been prepared for shipment, you need to receive the order and return it to us, or it will be registered as an "uncollected order" and you will be charged the aforementioned amount.


PAYMENT OPTIONS
You can choose to pay your order with the following options:
• Credit card payment through Klarna Checkout
• Partial payment with Klarna (option not available in all countries)
• Invoice with Klarna, payment terms 14 days (option not available in all countries)

PURCHASE AGREEMENT
You enter a purchase agreement when you register payment for your order at checkout. An order confirmation is then automatically generated for your order without manual supervision.
The contractual language is English.


AGE RESTRICTION
We only enter purchase agreements with persons 18 years of age and above, or persons under 18 years of age with permission of a guardian.


PRICES (for residentials within in EU)
The prices displayed on-site are our current prices, including VAT inside the EU. VAT is included in the total cost which is displayed at checkout. Shipping fees apply and are added at checkout before you complete your purchase. Our prices are automatically presented in accordance with your currency. This is based on your computer’s IP number. Applicable currencies are EUR and SEK (SEK is only applicable in Sweden)

If the VAT rate changes, we reserve the right to change our prices accordingly. Prices may change at any time without prior notice. Prices will not be changed on already placed orders. Stock status is clearly indicted on each product. We reserve the right that stock status might be changed after ordering.


GIFT CARDS AND DISCOUNT CODES
Unfortunately, we do not currently offer gift cards. Sometimes we provide special offers using discount codes. It is not possible to combine discount codes with one another, or to combine discount codes with products which are on sale during a campaign. If you have used a discount code which is not intended for your use, we reserve the right to decline the use of the discount code in question. We will then contact you and give you the option of either cancelling your order or paying the amount discounted. Sharing discount codes publicly, such as in social media or other external channels is not allowed, unless we have clearly stated the contrary.


WARRANTY
Pappelina provides a 3-year warranty (against production defects) on all products. We follow the Swedish consumer law
We reserve the right to exonerate ourselves from any compensation claims regarding incorrect product information contained on the website due to printing errors, technical errors or inaccurate product images. Note that product images on the website can sometimes differ from reality and are not always an accurate representation of the real product. Colors, materials and appearance may vary due to image quality and display settings.
